FIND TIME TO SNEAK IN A FEW EXERCISES
It’s a challenge fitting in exercise to your daily schedule, we get it. But there are ways to incorporate simple exercises that don’t take additional time. For example, perform a few sets of 10 calf raises or squats while brushing your teeth. Or even better, take it to the workplace. Or even better, take it to the workplace.
